The Global Cargo Agents Database (G-CAD) includes more than 23.000 listings in over 30 Countries world-wide. Freight Forwarders and Cargo Agents are presented in two different ways: by Head Office and by Branch Office.

All entries include the Agent’s IATA Number (7-digits) and if/where applicable, the Agent’s CASS (Cargo Accounts Settlement System) Account Number. Additionally G-CAD presents comprehensive “Global Unique Identifier” Information enabling you to monitor the Agent’s activities in multiple countries. Each Branch Office is linked to a City with additional reference details such as County, State/Province and Region . G-CAD further allows for cross-referencing each account by three (3) different customized geographic areas to build and monitor sales representatives or GSA territories. Version “G-CAG Back Office” even includes full address details and communication information which offers better-quality support for mailing or marketing campaigns.

G-CAD is fully compatible with IATA standards allowing for merging of Air Carriers’ information with monthly traffic details as provided by IATA CASS reporting. G-CAD is published monthly while we update our database almost daily. Of course, we monitor M&A activities which helps you to establish time line analysis even though an agent may use a different account number or has changed its name.

G-CAD is available via an annual Subscription with monthly updates. The formats available allow you to use this database with various programs such as DB; Access; Oracle; SQL Server and many others, however, for best performance we recommend using SQL 7.0/2000.
