Cargolux Airlines International has appointed Richard Forson as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 February. Forson, who succeeds David Arendt, is also a Senior Vice-president of the company and a member of the carrier’s Executive Committee. He brings over 20 years of valuable experience in financial, general business and operational management with specific emphasis on the aviation industry. He joins from Wamar International, where he was Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that Forson was General Manager Finance and Administration at Qatar Airways.
