Our
Business Principles
| 1. |
We
strive for strict neutrality which implies that
we will not engage in any actions
or business practices which might be in conflict
with or compromise any of the parties involved.
Due to the character and speed of today’s
communication, violating the principles of neutrality
by either
party of the transportation chain can easily affect
the image and ability of another party to work
within a given situation. Therefore we take neutrality
on
a global level very seriously.
|
| 2. |
aviainform supports
the nine principles of the United Nations Global
Compact in respect to
human rights, labor rights, and the protection
of the environment. We are committed to making
the Global
Compact and its principles an integral part of
our company’s strategy, culture, and day-to-day
operations. We communicate this commitment with
our employees, partners, clients, and the public.
|
| 3. |
Independence is one of the key elements
we strive to maintain, despite the fact that no concrete
consequences are explicitly defined by the principle
itself. In its broadest sense, the principle of independence
to aviainform means that we must resist any interference,
whether political, ideological or economic, capable
of diverting us from the course of action laid down
by the requirements of fairness and neutrality.
|
| 4. |
The talented people
of aviainform have a long standing reputation in
the Air Transport
Industry and we enable our people to excel. We
provide the framework, tools, and capabilities
which encourage
our team members to deliver results that exceed
our clients’ expectations on each transaction,
every time.
|
| 5. |
We keep privacy,
confidentiality, and security in the highest regards.
We do not refer
to nor do we disclose the names of our customers
to any third party. While we greatly appreciate
that some of our customers have allowed us to use
their
names as references, we do not disclose individually
identifying information or data to any third party
without our customers’ explicit, written consent. |
